In the spring of 2000 Anthea and Martin Busk
were awarded with this fork for having opened
the gardens to The National Gardens Scheme
for 49 years.

Open:  Gardens and Hydroponicum:  Open from 1st March to 31st October, daily 10am-5pm.   Wednesdays and House by appointment only.

Admissions:  Adults £5,  Children U14 free. Dogs welcome on leads. Our Alpacas cost quite a lot to keep so we hope you will forgive us for asking you to put £2.50 in our Alpaca Honesty Box if you would like to visit them, but don't forget that all children under 14 are free.

Group Admissions:  visits welcome by appointment, preferably on a Wednesday when the gardens are closed, but visits may also be arranged to suit yourselves.

For Groups of over 30 people the price is reduced to £4.50 for the Gardens only, minimum £100, or £11.00 to visit both the House and Garden, minimum £200.

 For Groups of under 30 it is £5.00 for the Gardens only, minimum £100, and £11.50 for the House and Garden, minimum £200.

 For Groups ONLY we can arrange a delicious Lunch,  a cream tea or a light Supper if required. We use only the freshest and best farmer's produce,  delicious local Cheeses, ham,  cream and homemade Jam.

Disabled Groups: Disabled Visitors have full access to The Visitors' Centre, The Hydroponic Greenhouse, Walled Kitchen Garden, Woodland Walk, Lawns and River.
